Job Description

Job Profile:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead - Integration to join our Enterprise Integration team. This is a pivotal role in our IT organization, where nearly all transformational programs depend on the seamless operation of integration platforms that support our entire value chain, G&A functions, and third-party partners. We are looking for someone who is a technical expert and can use that expertise both to directly deliver technical solutions, to train others, and to assure that the solutions delivered by our outsourced teams are high quality.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new integration solutions while also supporting and enhancing our existing platforms. You will collaborate closely with third-party delivery partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of solutions. You will also work with business stakeholders across various domains to understand their integration requirements, translate into technical specifications, design and drive delivery of solutions. Lastly, you will partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure that all integration solutions adhere to enterprise best practices and standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EDI integration, third-party integration with sales distributors, third-party logistics providers, and contract manufacturers. They will also have experience in outsourced integration delivery. Finally, the ideal candidate will have experience and exposure to managing and administering IPaaS platforms and delivering API-based integrations.

You should have integration implementation experience with a global consumer electronics or high-tech company and understand both systems configuration and overall systems architecture in an enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

Deliver integration solution architectures and detailed solution designsReview solution architectures and detailed solution designs developed by other technical leads and architects for integration requirements and make recommendationsEstablish and refine integration best practices for both internal teams and third-party service providers.Govern the creation and maintenance of integration standards, templates, and best practices to ensure quality and consistency in delivery.Review developed solutions for design conformance, quality, performance, security and scalability Perform code reviews of other's work as neededCollaborate with Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of integration solutions that meet business requirements, staying aligned with corporate initiatives.Mentor and provide technical leadership to team members, cultivating an innovative and collaborative team culture.Ensure that enterprise integration standards, documentation, and change control processes are followed across the organization.Work with the team and Scrum Master to identify and implement improvements in team operations and integration delivery processes.Hands-On Technical Delivery:

Design and develop integration mappings, transformations, and processesDeliver integration solutions, either directly or through third-party service providers aligned with architectural standards.Identify issues in current integration landscape and propose solutionsSupport production incident resolution related to integrations, ensuring timely recovery and minimizing disruption to business operations.Build and provide integration specifications for third-party delivery.Required Competencies:

10+ years of extensive experience in using and administering EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and enterprise middleware platforms such as OpenText, SAP PI, or similar enterprise integration solutions.5+ Years of experience integrating with large-scale ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, or Workday Financials.Demonstrated expertise in EDI integration with trading partners.In-depth knowledge of EDI standards, including X12 and EDIFACTHands-on experience with designing API led architectures and with API developmentProficiency in using and managing API-first iPaaS platforms like MuleSoft or equivalent.Strong experience in developing integrations using REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON, and troubleshooting complex systems.Proven experience working in a global environment with third-party logistics and contract manufacturing.Expertise in managing third-party vendors, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong partner collaboration.Strong experience in shell scripting is a must.Proven experience with supply chain management solutions like Kinaxis RapidResponse, understanding the role of integration in global logistics and third-party partnerships.Expertise in troubleshooting complex systems.Experience in managing value delivery within scrum teams using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with the Salesforce platform.Knowledge of Big Data integration tools such as Talend.Experience with tools like Vertex and Swift.Relevant certifications in integration platforms.Certification or deep knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework.

Education/Certification Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

three in-person days

at our Atlanta office. This requirement is non-flexible.
