Job Description
Collaborate with the Multilanguage Communications (MLC) team to develop periodic reports that offer detailed performance analysis to inform decisions and provide actionable insights.
Responsibilities
•Collaborate with the Multilanguage Communications (MLC) team to understand their data needs.
•Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, etc.).
•Design and build self-service dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Domo, etc., to influence business decisions.
•Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs relevant to MLC's business goals.
•Present data findings to a non-technical audience in a clear and understandable manner.
•Assist in the development of data processes to streamline and automate reporting.
Qualifications
Required
•Bachelor's degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Data Science, IT or other analytic discipline, or equivalent experience.
•2-5 years as a Data Analyst.
•Intermediate SQL experience; MS Excel.
•Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Domo, etc.
•Solid problem solving, analytical skills, data curiosity, data mining, data creation and consolidation.
•Willingness to ask questions about business objectives and the measurement needs for a project workstream, and be able to measure objectives & key results.
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to both business and technical teams, and translate ideas between them.
•Dive deep into data to proactively identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities to provide actionable insights and identify new opportunities.
Preferred
•Experience in analytics tools such as: Python, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, R, Adobe Analytics (or Google Analytics), SAP Analytics Cloud, and/or equivalent technologies.
•Automation experience.
•API experience.
