Dematic is seeking a Senior Software/Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps/MLOps team. In this role, you will collaborate with local and global team members in an agile development and continuous delivery environment. You will engage in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including continuous integration and delivery. Your responsibilities will include implementing pipelines, debugging existing issues, supporting other scrum teams with DevOps/MLOps challenges, and managing releases. Additionally, you will work extensively with cloud technologies for provisioning, deployment, and troubleshooting cloud resources.

Complete lifecycle responsibility of CI/CD pipelines for Cloud Software that runs in GCP and AzureSupporting and setting up standards for Cloud Applications - For Setting up new pipeline, governance policies, IaC, monitoring, alerts and backup/restoreSupport Local developers' deploymentsSupport release managementSupport all development teams for CI/CD issuesAbility to work in a Collaborative agile environment with development, product, and QA teamsMentor and pair with team members on key initiativesProvide cross-functional DevOps support for organizational initiativesArchitecting GCP solutions that also supports on-prem deploymentsWork on Proof of Concept for new technologies to support the CICD processTechnical leadership and Managing Key InitiativesWork on build pipelines using Jenkins, Groovy, Bash, Python, etc.Develop and deploy IaC pipelinesWhat We are Looking For: :
Masters in Computer Science and 2 years of work experience as a CICD (DevOps) Engineer or Bachelors in Computer Science and 5 years of work experience as a CICD (DevOps) Engineer.Overall 7+ Experience in GCP / Azure Cloud design concepts (e.g. Regions, Availability Zones, NSG, VPN, VPC, Subnets, Private/Service end points, Firewall setup)7+ years Hands on experience with setup of Gitlab or Jenkins CI/CD pipeline with Terraform. bash scripts/Python, Groovy.5+ years experience with administration and maintenance of Kubernetes Clusters with backup and blue green deployment strategies5+ years Docker container experience and working with tools and platforms such as - GCR/Artifact Registry, Jfrog Artifactory, deployment using TF, troubleshooting4+ Experience with maintenance in Windows or Linux Virtual machines5+ on Experience in scripting utility tools for task automation with bash shell or python5+ years hands on experience working with Terraform, Ansible, HelmHands on experience in working with a monitoring tool like Datadog, Grafana/Loki/Prometheus for alert setupHands on experience deploying Machine Learning/AI models to GCP (or other cloud platforms)Knowledge of frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.Experience in using popular MLOps frameworks like Kubeflow, MLFlow, and DataRobotExperience in administrating Jenkins or Gitlab in a cloud environmentHands on Experience in setting up serverless environment like serverless functions, API Management, NoSQL, etc.Experience working on architecture that involves Edge computing and low latency requirements between edge and cloudSolutions involving wide range of GCP resourcesGood understanding and experience implementing security measure for cloud-based deploymentsExperience with cost optimization for different deployment architecturesMonitoring and operational experience
