Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies , has partnered with our client to hire a Escrow Officer working with our client in Scottsdale, AZ.A summary of the responsibilities include:
Principle Duties:
Escrow Management:
Oversee the escrow process from start to finish, including preparing Closing Disclosures and ATLA Settlement Statements according to CFPB/TRID and RESPA guidelines.
Document Review:
Thoroughly review and manage documents such as surveys, sale contracts, preliminary title reports, and loan documents.
Pipeline and Title Coordination:
Open pipeline files promptly, order necessary documents, and collaborate with the title department to address and clear title defects.
Closing and Funding:
Prepare and verify closing documents, manage the disbursement of funds, and handle recordable documents and title policy preparation.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer, ideally in a residential builder environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent is requiredExperience in a fast-paced setting with a high volume of workTitle software experience using SoftPro is a plusActive Notary Public certificationTitle or Escrow License preferred, if required by the state .
Compensation and Benefits:The compensation for this position starts at $36.00 an hour.Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience
