Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)

Location: Davenport, IowaJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $50,000 - 65,000 per yearCella is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our client's dynamic Marketing team in the Quad Cities area!As a key contributor to the Marketing department, the Marketing Specialist will help drive the company’s growth and profitability goals. This role supports the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a focus on social media, website management, blogs, and digital advertising campaigns.This direct-hire position offers a hybrid work arrangement and the opportunity to join a growing team. Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to design and implement the company's social media approach, aligning it with the company's broader operational objectives and business plans.Assist in identifying and developing critical performance metrics to assess the success of the company’s marketing efforts.Support the creation and review of social media posts across various platforms, and help manage blog content and digital ads with input from organizational partners.Help execute the company's social media strategy by coordinating communication between departments to meet deadlines and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.Create and implement content strategies designed to meet branding goals across social media, blogs, and email campaigns.Partner with the Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and evaluate strategies for lead generation programs, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic priorities.Assist in managing the company's HubSpot Corporate Account, including developing workflows and other activities tied to inbound marketing efforts.Support the brainstorming and development of topics and ideas for conferences and events.Handle event reservations and manage requests for agency and trade association participation.Play a role in the development and execution of marketing communication campaigns for both internal and external audiences.Provide content creation support for the company's website, as well as its agency and customer portals.Monitor online and social media mentions related to the company and its subsidiaries, escalating items that require internal follow-up to the appropriate teams.Analyze issues or challenges, recommend appropriate solutions, and escalate when necessary.Provide assistance with the development of print marketing materials and other marketing projects as required.Qualifications:Experience level: Entry LevelBachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or ad agency role.Good letter writing, grammar and proofreading skills.Proven ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels of an organization.Ability to work collaboratively with others, accept supervision and refer matters to a supervisor, higher authority when needed.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to present a positive and professional image on behalf of BITCO.Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Proficient with MS Office and other business communication systems.Must be flexible and willing to support other objectives, as needed.Thorough understanding of marketing (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.Knowledge of content management tools such as HubSpot or other similar tools.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Event Planning and Coordination experience is a plus. JOBID: 1069793#LI-CELLA#LI-KD1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
