holidays as assignedLength : 20 weeksRequirements:2 years of experience (will review travelers with 1.5yrs is strong Level I/large hospital experience)Experience with GE and/or Toshiba/Cannon equipmentGraduate of an accredited radiography programRequired some education and training to be allowed to practice (usually national credentials)BLSRegistered with ARRTLarge hospital/Trauma Level I/II experience preferredOther Details:Traveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the most central facilitySpecs: Charcoal grey scrubs, EPIC EMR. GE CT equipment presently in use GE and Toshiba/CannonTravelers are first to floatTypical volume or census for dept. 270-290 scans per dayTraveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the most central facility•Position: ARRT certified CT Tech (CT AND XR)•Shift: 3x12's Nights (1); every other weekend, holidays as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (4044):•2 years of experience (will review travelers with 1.5yrs is strong Level I/large hospital experience)•Large hospital/Trauma Level I/II experience preferred•Graduate of an accredited radiography program•OH State License required, pending license is accepted•Registered with ARRT•BLS•Experience with GE and/or Toshiba/Cannon equipmentSUMMARY and PURPOSE OF POSITION:Performs and completes diagnostic procedures and follows guidelines set by Grant/Riverside and Radiologic Association. This position prepares patients for examinations and performs diagnostic radiology procedures following guidelines set by OhioHealth and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Conducts routine radiographic studies in diagnostics. Provides radiation safety for operator and patient. Places patient in proper positions for procedures, adhering to department policy regarding routine.Specs:Charcoal grey scrubs, EPIC EMR.
