Traveler must not permanently reside within a 75 mile radius from facility.
13 weeks assignment, 2 years’ experience current required in an 18 plus bed telemetry/progressive care unit required. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment.
Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.
CERTIFICATIONS
: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required. BLS and ACLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. EPIC EMR experience preferred. Traveler must provide or pass a Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia/Dysrhythmia Assessment (BCA) exam prior to or during first week of assignment. Travelers that do not pass the BCA test will be dismissed.

Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. On call, weekends and holidays may be required.
Travelers are first to float
within facility and to alternate locationswithin 20 miles of permanent assigned location and to all areas in which theyare trained, including the ED and alternate holding areas to care forappropriate patients, including PresNow ED/UC (freestanding urgent/emergentcare facilities)
ORIENTATION
: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40total hours, and includes EPIC training.
