Weekends and Holidays are per the department guidelines.Behavioral Health (Psych) nursing experience in an Inpatient or Outpatient setting is a plus. Candidates with strong Medical Surgical experience with a demonstrated passion for this area will also be considered.
REQUIREMENTS:-
BSN preferred-
Current Maryland RN license or eligibility for Maryland RN license-
BLS required-
Psychiatric Nursing experience is not required but should demonstrate a passion for working with the psychiatric population and ability to learn.-
Preferred two year med/surg experience in an acute care setting- Professional Certification in Psychiatric–Mental Health or Medical/Surgical preferred
