Automotive/Regulatory Attorney (Product Liability)

Experience with National Highway Safety Traffic Administration (NHTSA) matters is strongly preferred and experience with other consumer safety agencies is a plus. Experience in federal administrative law, product liability defense, and/or government investigations and compliance is extremely useful.Ideal candidates will also possess experience in all aspects of case management, including fact investigation and discovery and developing defense strategies. Strong written communication and oral advocacy skills are essential. The role demands attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. There may be flexibility with title based on level of experience. Admission to practice law in Washington, D.C., or the ability to immediately waive in, is required.Why Dykema?
