As IT Support Specialist, you are part of a team that is accountable for providing first line response for users requiring remote and local assistance with information technology issues and problems. As a team player with an excellent phone manner you will quickly resolve issues or engage the best resource on our team to assist in multiple geographic locations.You will be responsible for documenting and recording processes, support issues and "how to" tutorial documentation while maintaining, updating and contributing to the Energera training site and SharePoint knowledgebase.Specific Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide frontline onsite (deskside) and remote (desktop) technical support via in person, Skype, Telephone, Email, SMS or Ticket System.Assist internal customers with hardware and software issues surrounding desktops, laptops and iOS phones, Office 365 applications and BluebeamMonitoring and troubleshooting systems remotely through the use of Labtech ConnectWise AutomateConnecting/Upgrading PC components, i.e.: hard drives, memory, adapters, interfaces, screensInstalling, troubleshooting and updating software applicationsProvision new desktop and laptop systems according to processesReclaim and re-provision desktop and laptop hardwareDiagnose and resolve PC desktop problems and provide hardware and software technical support, problem prioritization, problem resolution and follow-up.New user onboarding setup and management, email distribution list managementSet up and/or relocate equipment in offices, cubicles, other workspaces and storage as requiredParticipate and collaborate in various IT projects and provide new perspectives, insight and ideasEffectively prioritize work tasks with little oversightAbility to work on multiple tasks concurrently in a high paced environmentOther duties as assigned from time to timeExperience RequiredExperience with Win 7, 8, 10, Server 2008, 2012, Microsoft Office, Office 365, SharePointExperience with PC and Server hardware componentsExperience with Active Directory use and management an assetGood working knowledge in the support of network connectivity of end-users (Internet, LAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP)Excellent ability to interface with IT personnel to discuss technical matters pertaining to issues, problems, or technical specificationsAbility to learn and assimilate new, cutting edge technologies and processes quicklyCompTIA A+ (220-901 & 220-902)Experience with CompTIA Network+ preferredAdditional SkillsExtremely fast paced environment must be able to self-manage priorities and work with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skillsTroubleshooting and technical abilitiesHighly motivated and organizedGood interpersonal and communication skills.Familiarity with Fresh Service ticketing systemWhat we Offer:Competitive SalaryProfit sharing eligibilityHealth, Dental, and Vision BenefitsHSA/FSACritical Care InsuranceVoluntary Life InsuranceCompany Paid STD and LTD3 Weeks Vacation7 Sick DaysUp to $2500 per year in Tuition Reimbursement8 Paid HolidaysEmployee perksEnergera is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We thank all applicants for their interest, however only those candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.
