General Production Worker

**Now Hiring: General Production Worker****Job Description**+ The Reclaim/Scrap Operator assists Machine Operators by recycling material and scrap aluminum.+ Works with other teams as needed and helps maintain a clean work environment.+ This role involves peeling protective film from sheets and processing them through a separator to recycle products that do not meet quality standards.+ Will be assisting operators with lifting and feeding the material/product through the recycling machine.+ Will be receiving pallets of products that have not passed quality inspection and this product will be recycled to reuse the material.**Required Skills**+ Comfortable working around moving equipment+ Climb ladders and stairs+ Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, forward reaching, and twisting+ Occasional squatting, crouching, and above shoulder reaching+ Ability to stand for extended periods+ Dexterity manipulation for hand tools and light equipment+ Push/pull material using pallet jack+ Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs., occasional lifting up to 50 lbs+ Moderate exposure to temperature changes in a non-climate-controlled environment**Shift:**+ Days: 6:00am - 6:00pm+ Nights: 6:00pm - 6:00am+ Need to be comfortable working 12 hour shifts+ Rotating day schedule, must be available all days**Work Environment**+ Non-climate controlled production environment.**About Aerotek:**We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
