The Opportunity: Our Global Marketing Department is looking for an International Marketing Strategy and Planning Analyst focused on New Zealand. Located in our U.S. offices, reporting directly to the International Marketing Team Lead, you will work with other international marketers in addition to a variety of internal departments. As an International Marketing Strategy and Planning Analyst, you will be foremost responsible for Fisher Investment’s marketing efforts in New Zealand, which will include performance analysis and reporting, campaign planning, offer and landing page development and testing. This is an excellent opportunity in the Private Client International Group with ample growth opportunities.
The Day-to-Day: Support internal business partners to develop, execute and report on lead generation campaigns, to achieve our business goals Lead New Zealand’s marketing strategy including, but not limited to campaign development and testing, performance analysis and optimization, content localization, ad creative and landing page development and testing Manage operational tasks, such as, budgeting and forecasting, reporting, contract routing, and auditingCollaborate with our in-house marketing agency, fishtank, to support creative and landing page development and testing in New Zealand Support competitor & market research to ensure local social and political trends are incorporated into marketing campaigns, evaluate, and communicate on new opportunities and insightsBuild performance reports based on marketing reporting dashboards and succinctly present to Senior Executive Management on opportunities identified Oversee reputational risk by following established P&Ps and compliance requirements for the New Zealand market
Identify potential process improvements, recommend solutions, and lead the project to implement those solutions to improve resultsWork in a fun and engaging multicultural team environment, collaborating with team members located across the globe on a wide range of tasks and project initiatives Your Qualifications:3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in lead generation performance marketingUniversity degree or equivalent combination of education/experienceData driven approach to performance marketing Local knowledge of New ZealandCompensation:$75,000 - $100,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experienceEligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performanceWhy Fisher Investments: We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
