What the FP&A Manager will do:
- The FP&A Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day financial tasks
- Work closely with the leadership team to formulate long-term and strategic plan
- The FP&A Manager will work with different departments to help build annual budgets and forecasts
- Deliver competitor analysis, market trends, and associated commentary to leadership team
- The FP&A Manager will prepare business cases to support new investment, strategic or other business decisions
- Provide insight to leadership around financial modeling, forecasts and profitability
What the company needs in an FP&A Manager:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of analytical experience: restaurant/hospitality experience preferred
- Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects at one time
