What the Accountant Analyst will do:
- Reporting- develop and maintain accurate financial records.
- Accounts receivable- research discrepancies and manage communications related to aging accounts.
- Billing Management- identifying customers and matching to correct buildings.
- Respond to ad hoc requests regarding high value accounts and open invoices.
- Month end close- reconcile bank accounts, process payments, balance general ledger
What the company needs in a Accounting Analyst:
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Intercompany experience highy preferred
- Excel experience, pivot tables, vlookups and formulas
- Ability to communicate effectively, out-going, team oriented
