Associate Attorneys that possess:Active license in good standing with The Florida Bar;Excellent and persuasive verbal and writing skills;Exceptional time management and organizational skills;A commitment to the delivery of exceptional work-product and advocacy practice;Proficiency in technology and program resources including, but not limited to, all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), web-based meeting and litigation management programs, electronic timekeeping and billing software;Experience in court proceedings, depositions, mediations; as well as litigation strategy planning with clients.
