qualifications include:Current Georgia or Unencumbered RN License1 year Nursing supervisory experience required2 years experience in LTC/skilled nursing community requiredExperience working overnight shiftsExperience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferredCurrent CPR/BLS First Aid CertificationGenuine passion for working with eldersStrong teamwork and leadership skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to lead and foster teamwork with fellow RN, LPN and CNA care partnersGood documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred)Strong organization and time management skillsEqual Opportunity Statement:A.G.
