The
Supervisor, Behavioral Health
will oversee the clinical operations of our behavioral health programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that align with our mission and comply with all regulatory standards. This role involves providing clinical supervision to staff, facilitating program development, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize client outcomes.Key Responsibilities
Clinical Supervision:Provide regular supervision to behavioral health staff, including therapists and counselors.Oversee case consultations and ensure adherence to best practice standards.
Program Management:Develop, implement, and evaluate behavioral health programs and services.Ensure programs meet all state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
Client Care:Oversee the development of Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) that address clients' unique needs.Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
Staff Development:Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities.Mentor staff to enhance clinical skills and professional growth.
Compliance and Documentation:Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.Participate in audits and implement corrective action plans as needed.
Collaboration:Work closely with other departments and external agencies to coordinate comprehensive care.Engage with families and community resources to support client recovery.
Qualifications
Education:Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
Licensure:Current and valid licensure as a
LISW-S ,
LPCC-S , or
LIMFT-S
in the state of [Insert State].
Experience:Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health settings.Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in electronic health records and documentation practices.Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
