We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at Graber Manufacturing, Inc., a leading provider of high-quality site furnishings. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our sale pipelines. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead Generation : Proactively
identify and target potential clients in the site furnishings market. Utilize various lead generation tools and techniques to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
Outreach and Engagement:
calls and send personalized emails to potential clients. Engage prospects through social media platforms and professional networks.
Attending trade shows and industry events to gather contacts and follow-up to maintain engagement and progress leads through the sales funnel.
Maintain and update contact, company, and deal information in our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring accurate tracking of prospect interactions and sales pipeline status.
Qualifying Leads : Assess the potential of leads to
determine their suitability for our products. Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and decision-making process.
Client Relationship Management : Build and
maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Follow up regularly and keep prospects engaged with our brand and offerings.
Collaboration with Sales Team : Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads. Provide insights and feedback from prospects to help refine sales strategies . Support sales with follow-ups on ecommerce quotes, organize lunch and learn presentations, and handle various other responsibilities.

Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to
identify new opportunities and improve outreach strategies.
Meeting Sales Goals:
Strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. Monitor and report on progress towards sales goals.
Product Knowledge:
Gain in-depth knowledge of our site
furnishing products, including features, benefits, and applications. Use this knowledge to effectively communicate with prospects and answer their queries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, related field preferred or equivalent experience
Proven experience in sales or a related role, with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation software. HubSpot knowledge a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
