Job Summary:Portsmouth Regional Hospital has an excellent opportunity for a hospital-based Physician Assistant to provide orthopedic trauma coverage at a level II trauma hospital in Portsmouth, NH. This is an exceptional opportunity for an orthopedic PA who wishes to urtilize their experience, skills, and potential.
Description and Qualifications:
Excellent to practice with level of autonomy, and in collaboration with the on-call orthopedic surgeonWeekdays 3 pm - 11 pm shift to cover fully hospital on-site orthopedic trauma with no call coverageRounding, consults, orthopedic ER coverage and some OR 1st assist when neededMust be self-motiviatedOrthopedic experience is valued and needed. Triage skills and time management atpness requiredMust demonstrate quality professional interpersonal skills to communicate well with clinical teams, departments, nursting staffNew Hampshire licensure or ability to obtainNCCPA certifiedCompetitive salary, CME allowance/time, 401 matching, and moreAbout Portsmouth Regional Hospital:
