Responsibilities

This position requires excellent time management skills. Teammate must be able to work independently in a fluctuating work environment. Office culture is business casual. Taking initiative with a customer service presence at the same time exhibiting a sense of urgency. Must be able to prioritize and reprioritize with the everchanging schedule.

Key Responsibilities:Maintain Outlook calendar including meeting invites for the ExecutiveUnder minimal supervision provides high-level administrative supportCoordinate all domestic travel arrangements and input into Outlook calendar, including transportation, hotel, etc. over multiple time zonesAbility to self-manage in ever changing environmentWith minimal supervision, exercises independent discretion and judgment to solve complex problems regarding projects, calendar, and meetingsProactive partner that takes the lead to get things done and hit deadlinesKnowledgeable in Concur online expense system - Complete/process expense reportsCoordinate conference calls, meetings, prepare agendas, recaps, etc.Being flexible with constant changes.Must be able to work in a participative team cultureWork with Executive Assistant team to ensure smooth flow of informationAct as a liaison between the Executive and other teams and individualsProfessionally interacts with all internal and external sources, often at upper and executive-management levelAble to communicate and display professionalism with C-Suite.Excellent communication skills requiredAssist with office duties as needed

Qualifications

Total education, vocational training and experience:A minimum of 5 years executive assistant experience is required.Bachelor’s Degree PreferredHigh School Diploma RequiredAdvanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are a mustConcur Expense Reporting preferred but not requiredTechnologically savvyStrong time management skillsAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions.
