Leasing Professional OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Leasing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:SalesLease rental apartments to maximize income and achieve occupancy goals.Conduct apartment and community tours.Follow up on phone and email leads promptly.MarketingComplete marketing reports, application, and leases.Shop the competition and assist with marketing ideas.Implement outreach marketing efforts.AdministrativeEducate prospective residents on the application process.Process applications, including document verification, credit checks, and informing applicants of their status.Prepare new leases, schedule move-in dates, conduct inspections, and collect move-in fees.Assist with office tasks and participate in resident activities.QualificationsPrefer 2+ years of leasing experience in multifamily.Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or administration.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet; experience with OneSite preferred.Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.Self-starter with good judgment and problem-solving abilities.H.S.
