Duties:
Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staffEstablish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & familiesProvide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requestsMaintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulationsEnsure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processingManage documentation of resident care servicesPromote a cooperative relationship among health care teamsRequirements:
Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) licenseMinimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience requiredShould be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staffFamiliar with EHR and Prescribing programsExcellent communication skillsBasic computer skillsAbout us:
