Description: The Warehouse/ Aerospace Paint Mixer will mix and blend paint according to specified formulas and should be very organized, efficient, and experienced in fulfilling the logistics behind receiving, processing, and storing inventory according to incoming product and order processing.Requirements:

Essential DutiesAbide by all company safety regulationsProcess purchase order by preparing, labeling and shipping productMixing and blending colors to specific formulas for Aerospace coatings; i.e. base coast, topcoats etc.Perform paint mixing and/or shading with utmost care to ensure minimum mis-tints.Maintain Color Room records including non-conformance report, tint usage, can usage, mis-tints, etc. and perform necessary inventory transfersStaging customer orders for shipmentMust be licensed to operate vehicle in accordance with state and federal lawMust have acceptable driving record from DMV/MTOAdditional DutiesReceive, unload and stock incoming inventory items appropriatelyOrganizing stock and maintaining inventoryMaintaining equipment and warehouse spaceKeep warehouse clean and organized dailyOther tasks as assignedRequirements and skillsAbility to paint mixi and color matchProven warehouse experienceAbility to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipmentTeam player with organizational skillsAbility to lift or move heavy product

Training RequirementsRequired Courses:Right to Know TrainingRecommended Courses:Product Training ProgramProduct & Color Adjustment CourseHazardous Waste TrainingAttend various manufacturer training seminars and/or training schools. Seminars may be conducted after normal business hours. Training schools may require overnight travel up to five (5) daysPhysical RequirementsPhysical abilities will include walking and standing on concrete/hard surfaces for a minimum of 2.5 hours to 8 hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds regularly and 75-100 pounds occasionally, able to reach, twist, bend, kneel, climb a ladder while carrying product. Ability to perceive color differences and wear safety equipment as required.
