Handle all supervisory duties for assigned unitHelp establish and implement employee policies and proceduresMentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career adviceMaintain the standards of care for the unitReview Resident records & quality of careMonitor overall care & review individual Residents' casesAddress questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their familiesRepresent the unit's interests with the upper-level managementRequirements:
Must hold valid State RN License3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred2 years Charge Nurse experience preferredStrong computer skillsExcellent communication skillsAbout us:
