Seeking BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join established team
Base Salary: $567,000Sign on Bonus-$75kPerformance Incentive: Quality-5% of base compensation paid per year for achieving defined performance metricsProductivity Incentive: wRVU threshold 4124 with conversion faction of $137.66 this yearCall Greater than 1:3: Paid at $1000 per 24 hours of unrestricted callRelocation Services: Up to $15,000 in approved relocation expenses (grossed up to cover tax liability);Allowed Time Off 40 days (320 hours) each fiscal year. This allowed time off covers all time off including vacation, holidays, personal days, and continuing education.The Clinic will offer the following:CME: $3500 for single-boarded and $5000 for double-boarded per yearMalpractice InsuranceDEA & ND medical license fees/renewalsCore Benefits
