COMPENSATION:The goal is to find a high-quality Rheumatologist interested in being part of a historic rebuilding and reshaping of the healthcare landscape. The "safety net" designation allows flexibility in designing a package that reflects your preferred practice scope, schedule, admin responsibilities & preferences. Proposed package for FT schedule:-Base guarantee=$400K-Medical Directorship available-Signing & production bonuses, relocation-Medical insurance, 401K match w 100% vesting day 1, 23 PTO days, & more
