Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable functions including but not limited to:
Posting inventory invoices in compliance with financial policies and proceduresReconciling of invoices against purchase orders for pricing and receivingReconciling and auditing freight invoicesInteracting with associates across multiple states to obtain authorization for paymentMonitoring and distribution of incoming emails to other accounts payable associatesAssisting others during times of increased workloadAllocate overhead expenses to the appropriate general ledger as needed, providing backup support for other specialists.Maintain weekly deadlines for check processing.Skills:
