POSITION SUMMARY:The roll-off truck driver position is responsible for roll-off collection services to ensure that various materials are transported and disposed of in an appropriate manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Operates heavy duty commercial trucks, tractor-trailers, and roll-offsPerforms required pre-trip & post trip inspections and provides required reportsProvides outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operationsMaintains all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programsInforms on-duty mechanic of any maintenance issues with equipment and/or vehiclesMaintains various records and/or logs as needed per DOT regulations
Required Roll-off Driver Qualifications:Have a valid Minnesota CDL Class A or B driver's licenseAbility to pass a DOT physical and maintain a valid health card and licenseAbility to lift up to 40 poundsDriver must be 21 years old per DOT.Education and/or experience:High school diploma or GED preferredMust have a clean driving recordCompetencies:Reasoning or problem-solving skillsProfessionalismCustomer service skillsDecision MakingLeadershipTime ManagementProfessional attitudePunctualityDem-Con Companies, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
