Benefits:Compensation $90 per completed assessment401K and limited voluntary benefitsMileage reimbursement plan
About the role:PRN - flexible, create you own scheduleCreate your own schedule, 20 assessments/month, 45-60 minute assessmentsContact Center will build provider's schedule based on their availabilityAPP will travel
up to
120 miles per work day, mileage will be reimbursedPhysician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner will work autonomously to see Medicare age patients in the home, performing annual comprehensive health assessments
Background:Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner / ACNP, or Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner / AGNPIdeal background is a Nurse Practitioner with urgent care or ambulatory experienceOpen to new grad Nurse Practitioners
