NPPA - IP model

24-hour shifts

EMR: EPIC

NPPA covers both sides of the house

Virtual backup for EM/HM daily with HM Telehealth coverage at night

Qualifications

NP - Dual certification (ACNP and FNP)

PA - EM/HM experience is a must

UMMC TelEmergency Certification - required by NPs and PAs
