Hospitalist Physician Locums Job in Missouri
Details/Requirements:- Board Certification- Active Missouri License- 7 on/7 off, 7 AM - 7 PM- Average 8 admissions a day and 5 discharges- 14 days/month coverage- Number of ICU Beds: 12- Number of admissions 7-8 per day- Number of Discharges 5 per day- Be willing to co-manage patients with an intensivist in the ICU if needed.- Ideally need Internal Medicine trained but flexible with Family Medicine trained- Our Hospitalist works in our ICU with our ICU team (Intensivist Coverage) you would function as a Hospitalist mainly doing admissions but must be ready to step in and do follow-ups on patients if needed.- Requirements: inpatient, inpatient with ICU, ventilation management, intubation, central line placement, arterial line placement, EKG interpretation, conscious sedation, deep sedation, elective cardioversion- EMR is Cerner
