Coverage Needed:July 1 - Ongoing3+ monthsClinical Information:404-bed teaching hospitalLevel II Trauma CenterMain emergency department and pediatric emergency department, and four affiliated freestanding emergency departmentsRequired:DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being activeCurrent Flu VaccineMust be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
