Compensation & Benefits• Current providers are earning over 700K per year• 100K Sign-On Bonus• Highly competitive base salary + Generously tiered wRVU productivity bonus• 6 weeks PTO, 2,000 CE allowance, paid malpractice insurance, relocation allowance• Federal and state student loan repayment programs• 401(k) annual employer contribution of 10% match + additional deferred comp plan• Full suite of benefits - health, life, dental, vision, disability• Shareholdership in the group is offered after the initial term, with a buy-in of only $100
