Working closely with the Director of Environmental Services, they set annual goals and implement strategies to achieve them. They promptly report breakdowns and anticipated issues, ensuring the well-being of residents and stakeholders. Their support in swiftly turning around apartments for showcasing, renting, and moving in contributes to revenue generation.
