Outpatient onlyCollaborative, supportive partners and staffFull subspecialty referral support in networkExisting patient base available with opportunity to growOffice based procedures encouraged and supportedCall 1:4 or greater (telephone only)New and recently remodeled clinic space with efficient workflow
