Responsibilities

As a member of the Regulatory Compliance team, the Compliance Analyst - Licensure will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the Medicare enrollment of all SCA Health facilities. The Compliance Analyst – Licensure will work with Support Services departments as well as interact directly with SCA Health’s facilities.

Key Responsibilities:Provide support to facility leadership on all aspects of Medicare enrollmentAssist in the maintenance and submission of Revalidations, CHOIs, and CHOWsProcess and monitor applications for ASCs and hospitalsReview and evaluate complex applications/forms/requests of all Medicare enrollment documentation for accuracyWorking effectively with other departments/external sourcesCollaborate as part of a team by assisting with other healthcare regulatory related duties as needed

Qualifications

Understanding of Medicare enrollment systems and processesDemonstrate knowledge of specific application information, documentation, and attestationsUnderstanding of and adherence to timelines for various applicationsAbility to maintain strict confidentiality with experience applying good judgement and discretionExcellent planning, analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essentialFlexible attitude and open to changes in the day-to-day work scheduleAbsolute attention to detailDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlinesExcellent teamwork and interpersonal skillsStrong mission and values commitment; natural cultural fit

Education and Work Experience:Four-year college degree required.2+ years of experience related to health care operations, licensure and enrollment roles, and/or healthcare compliance preferred, but not required.
