12- or 24-Hour Shifts: 24 Shifts per block needed to be filled: 9 shifts Expected timeframe for need: TBD Root cause for opening req: resignation EMR used: Epic Board Certified and Truly BE Is COVID vaccine not required NICU Level: II Total Hospital Deliveries ( av monthly): 72 Estimated Hospital Deliveries for Hospitalists (Monthly Avg) 25 Estimated Patient Encounters for Hospitalists not including deliveries (Monthly Avg ): 117 MFM: No, Available from another facility Residency Program & Type? No Program is active and Growing In-house Anesthesia
Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage Hospitalists Required to Perform Circumcisions Hospitalists Needed for First Assist, C/S and emergent D&C's First Assist Available to the Hospitalists: Yes, if requested Hospitalists do not have to backup midwives Hospitalists do not have to backup family practice Backup Available to the Hospitalists
