What will you do?

As a

BHTat Aspire Health Partners, your purpose will be to provide a variety of essentialfunctions regarding the care of patients and safety of units.

These functionsinclude:

Provide qualitypatient care to our clients in assisting in maintaining a safe, therapeuticenvironment.Assisting inadmission and discharge of clients, recognizing & addressing client needs.Conducting client(rounds) every 15 minutes to ensure all clients are well & in theappropriate areas.Maintainingsupervision of clients and documenting any change or unusual behavior.Assisting therapyand nursing staff in group activities and daily management of the unit.Maintaining dailyprogram schedule by ensuring participants are engaged in program activities.Administering,analyzing and documenting participant drug screenings.Providingsupervised self-administration of medication, when applicable, for participants.Documentingclient treatment details in the Electronic Health Record.Providing ongoingcommunication to the program team regarding changes, issues or needs ofparticipants or of the program in general.Assisting theprogram team as directed with the operation of the program.Maintainingregular observation of program participants per program specifications.Maintaining complianceby completing necessary and ongoing training and engaging in all staff meetingsas directed.Maintaining &monitoring social activities of clients, including visitations, as directed bythe Clinical or Nursing Manager.

Qualifications

Possess a HighSchool Diploma or GEDBLS Certification(Preferred)Pass a Level IIBackground clearanceDriver's License
