Start Date: ASAP- As soon as credentialed Contract Length: Need until fall 2024 Shift Details: 700-500. Monday through Friday. Days - Fremont, OH Schedule: Mon-Fri - 2 weeks a month Support Staff: MA/RN/PSCs Department Description: AM rounds, stress supervision, reading hospital testing, outpatient clinic with 7-12 patients, hospital rounds and stress supervision on average 2 inpatients EMR: EPIC Special Procedures: No procedures-testing supervision, reading of stress test, nuclear images, echoes, EKGs and Holters. Practice Setting: Hospital Board Certification: Yes License Required: Active OH license. Preferably someone who is licensed in both OH and MI as they are wanting candidates who can float between facilities
