Branch Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in industrial retail management.
Responsibilities:Responsible for overall day to day and sales operations of the branchDevelop short- and long-term business planExceed the overall branch sales and profit goalsInsure growth in the branchOversee the prioritization of all sales including key and priority account targetingSet goals and objectives for each yearEvaluate and analyze all aspects of operationsConduct annual performance reviewsDevelop, motivate, and empower team membersRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience5-10 years of hydraulic experienceProficient at using MS systems; including Excel, Outlook, and WordExcellent oral and written communication skillsMust be team oriented, detail oriented, and able to multitaskDevelop business and marketing plansProven management and sales experience
