Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repairInspect the vehicle to determine if additional service and or safety work is requiredCommunicate with service advisor about any additional work that is needed or requiredLet service advisor know if repairs cannot be completed within the time promisedDocument work performedCommunicate with parts department to order needed partsSave and tag parts if work is covered by warranty or requested by the customerFollow company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report all accidents to a manager or supervisor
