Hospital is looking for 3 additional CRNAs to start as soon as credentialed for an ongoing assignment.
Schedule: 5 8 hour days, can accommodate 4 10s some weeks, but it's not standard. 12 hour shifts are also available.All CRNAs submitted at this time must be willing to do weekend call work (pager, not in-house). Call details below:WEEKEND CALL: 0700 - 0700 Saturday or Sunday. Call 1 on Sunday is off Post Call on Monday, Call 2 is not off Post Call.Weeknight call at least once per week.Trauma cases - MOSTLY. CRNAs only perform SPINAL Blocks, NO regional anesthesia.# of operating rooms: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiologyEMR: EPICPatient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric. 90%+ of the patients are over the age of 12.Option to work 4 10 hour days or 5 8 hour days, also can offer 12 hour shiftsWill need a DEA and CSRCredentialing timeframe is roughly 90 days.Required:-MD diplomaInternship/residency/fellowship certsAll medical licensesDEABoard CertificationLife support cards- BLSCurrent and previous certificates of insuranceDriver s licenseProfessional color photo/headshotCMEs for the past 2 yearsImmunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVIDReferencesCase logsSUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
