ABOUT YOUYou are responsible for effectively planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the daily work and day-to-day workings of particular projects within their department. You are responsible for balance sheet reconciliations, due diligence requests, and ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met.

EVERY DAY, YOU WILLResponsible for planning, organizing, leading, & controlling the daily work and day-to-day workings of particular projects.Essential element in driving the day-to-day operations of the company but does not direct the policy or mission of the Company.May manage multiple employees and directly interacts with employees.Oversee, train, discipline, and evaluate employees on a more frequent basis than their manager.Responsible for the overall review, production, and accuracy of hospitality entity financials.Oversight of hospitality accounts payable.Administrative functions related to hospitality accounting software.Key resource for hospitality entity operations team.Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and uses of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Works closely with the SVP of Accounting to ensure a clean and timely audit.Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.Coordination of information to external auditors and tax department.Prepare reporting packages.HCP24Requirements:

WHAT WE NEED

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.Experience and/or Training

Minimum of 3-5 years related experience; Considerable knowledge of hospitality industry and generally accepted accounting principlesTechnology/Equipment

MRI experience preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
