Excellent opportunity for a dynamic Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
with interest in Orthopedics
to join our highly trained team of Orthopedic Surgeons in the East Valley.
We provide care to a varied group of patients with orthopedic surgical needs. Our PA/ACNP will provide surgical first assist to our hospitals and surgery centers in the East Valley. Qualified candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team.
Requirements:Board Certification as a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse PractitionerLicensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of AZCurrent prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substanceExperienced APP with Orthopedic skills are preferred; however, new graduates will be consideredACNP is required to have an RNFA certificate at the time of applicationCurrent BLS & ACLSPractice Details:Full-time M-F, 8 AM - 5 PMFirst-Assist Float Position to support; Banner Baywood, Banner Ocotillo, Banner Ironwood and ATLAS Ambulatory Surgery CenterSurgical/Clinical positionCall: Practice Call only no HospitalPractice includes: ten surgeons, six APPs, dedicated MA & excellent support staffExperience all the benefits of employment with Banner Health.
