for a health center located in Northeastern Indiana. This position might also cover two other locations as necessary, offering a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with patients in each location.
Qualifications:DDS or DMD from an accredited Dental SchoolExperience in Rural Dentistry or in a Community Health center setting preferredPossession of an Indiana State License to Practice Dentistry, CSR and DEA certificate.
