RN MDS Director qualifications include:Current Georgia RN License5 years of MDS experience in SNF settingRAC-CT Certification preferredKnowledge of MDS/CAAs/Care plan completion for all disciplinesKnowledge of Georgia Case mix and Medicare PDPMKnowledge of Medicare Cert and Re-cert completionDetail-oriented and excellent time management skillsStrong knowledge of state and federal regulationsKnowledge of Casper reportsCritical thinker/Problem solverExperience working in an Eden Alternative community preferredExcellent customer service and communication/interviewing skillsAbility to foster team work with all departmentsGood documentation skillsStrong organization skills
