physician to join our practice in Champaign, Illinois.100% outpatient; Monday - FridayPatient Centered Medical Home ModelFamily Medicine is housed in a large multi-specialty center which includes Adult Medicine and Pediatrics as well as Endocrinology, Rheumatology and DermatologyPhysician and APP Partnership exist to manage a panel of patientsCall is 1:7 telephone only, and supported by nurse advisory lineOpportunity to teach Family Medicine residents and medical studentsOpportunity to moonlight in Convenient CareOpportunity for academic and/or research affiliationThe Community:
