Second Shift Machine Operator
working on our composites molding press/pultrusion line.

What
are we looking for?
Individuals to form molded fiberglass and polyester sheets (and shapes) using various types of manufacturing equipment.Manufacture
molded glass polyester sheets
by laying up material to the desired thickness and spreading
resin
according to customer orders per instructions on customer work ordersSet up machines;
select and install components such as dies, shims and stops using hand tools; load programs and set machine parameters per work order instruction.Run machines
to compression mold sheets of various grades and thicknesses, pultrude shapes and
sheets by properly operating machines and maintaining raw materials.Trim/file, de-flash,
measure and inspect
molded sheet edges.Record and maintain production data
(such as tolerance readings, and quantities, types, and defect)Label and palletize finished good materials from machines per order specificationsClean dies and molds,
using scrapers, brushes, scotch pads or air hosesMove materials, supplies, components,
and finished products between storage and work areas, using work aids such as
carts, forklifts and hand trucksRequirements:What do we need from you?Forklift
experience,
requiredBasic to Intermediate math skills
(Add, Subtract, Multiply, Divide),
requiredPrior hands on experience
(vocational or job-related course work or training),
preferredPrior experience in a manufacturing
industry with mixing, batching or compounding equipment,
