Senior Paralegal (Kalispell) Local law office is seeking an experienced paralegal to help with a busy caseload. The position requires the ability to multi-task and work with clients and other parties in resolving issues and problems that arise.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and other common computer software and programs. In addition, a qualified candidate will have experience with court pleadings, both state and federal, discovery, Bates stamping, the rules of civil procedure and other essential tasks associated with litigation.
We are seeking someone who is capable of working with limited supervision and guidance. A positive attitude and typing 40+ WPM is required.
Benefits include paid vacation, holidays, health insurance and retirement plan. Pay is negotiable DOE.
