Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.Positive Work Environment:Be part of an organization where we practice the mission in our daily operations and demonstrate our pride by delivering excellent care.Opportunity to develop long-term relationships with patients.Avera St Mary's Named Top 20 Rural Community HospitalJob SummaryResponsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the patient care in Dialysis.Demonstrate strong customer service including verbal and written communication skills.Competent to care for the renal patient and their underlying medical conditions.Demonstrates knowledge of the hemodialysis process and treatment of its complications and emergencies.Education and/or ExperienceGraduate from an accredited school of nursingLicensure/Certification/RegistrationCurrent licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota.Basic Life Support (BLS) is required for all patient care staffACLS certification is highly recommended.Work ScheduleHours:Day/Evening Shift; 24 hours every 2 weeksEvery other weekendEvery other holidayOccasional call timePayThe hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.$29.50 - $44.25 per hour
